Deborah A. Carman, Esq. is the founding partner of Carman & Smith, P.A., a South Florida law firm located in Boca Raton. Ms. Carman is engaged in a civil practice, with an emphasis on Business Closings, Lender Closings, Real Estate and Corporate Work. She is also the owner and President of Palm Title Services, Inc., a full service Title Company, available to handle all real estate closing needs.

Over the past 20 years, the Law Offices of Carman and Smith, P.A., has represented and worked with Business Brokers, Business Buyers and Business Sellers assisting with the legal and documentation requirements necessary to ensure successful closing of business purchases. Ms. Carman also represents lenders with a focus on SBA products, SBA loans and associated real estate issues.

Deborah A. Carman, has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Newcomb College and a Law degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. Ms. Carman, is a member of the Florida Bar Association and American Bar Association, she regularly lectures on contracts for the Palm Beach County Real Estate Board and provides training to business brokers. She is involved with the community of South Florida and assists in City, religious and community groups.
