Andrew M. Smith graduated from Nova Southeastern University Center for the study of Law in 1989 and became a member of the Florida Bar Association in the same year.

Mr. Smith has achieved notable success in cases relating to nursing and retirement home abuse and neglect and is an authority on the State's Residents' Rights Bill.

Andrew Smith believes that clients value a tough advocate on their side who maintains close, frequent communication with them. Andrew's area of expertise is in litigation, especially in the Personal Injury and Family Law arena. Through this work, he has built an extensive network of professionals in the medical, legal and financial arenas who support his efforts in litigating cases on behalf of clients.
